Our Store Return Policy
In the event of a damaged item or that an item doesnt fit, please contact us so we can discuss details with you. Many of our products are personalised and therefore bespoke and we will always endeavour to fix any damage issues or make adjustments to clothing free of charge. All of our items are sent with a reputable UK courier and therefore damages are rare.
Will I need to send the item back to Your store?
If we ask you to return the product we will give you the details of our courier to return it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your refund (if applicable) once we have received and checked the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that day.
